I love, love, love this gown. I'm so proud of this dress and I'm completely bragging on it to anyone that will listen. I loooooove it!!! On this particular dress, the bodice is only on the jacket layer because of the pretty lace just above the skirt. New Halter Dresses

It's appropriate that I'm getting this blogged late, and I'll explain why. These actually went out on Friday. If you're not interested in the back story, scroll down for the pics.

A week ago yesterday, my Aunt passed away after a massive and unexpected stroke. She was only 63, and none of us saw this coming. Two of her four children weren't able to get there in time to say goodbye. The last week has been full of long-distance phone calls, arrangements, questions and shock. My grandmother has now lost 3 of her children and her husband.

My Aunt Gail was an amazing seamstress. She could sew anything, and did. My sister and I often got dresses passed down from my cousins that she had made. My grandmother, mother and I both sew quite well ourselves, and so sewing and related things have been a frequent topic of conversation at family gatherings.

Aunt Gail was always late to said family gatherings. By hours sometimes. It got to the point that we would tell her Thanksgiving dinner would be at 3 if we wanted to actually eat by 6. I'm not sure she ever actually figured out we did that. My grandfather used to tease her that she would be late to her own funeral. Believe it or not, she was. She passed away in Nevada, and the funeral service was held this past weekend in Virginia. She was cremated, and her ashes weren't ready in time. Typical Aunt Gail. She got the last laugh on that!

Friday morning, I sat down to get things ready here before planning to leave to travel out of state. I opened up Photoshop, and before I really knew it, I had a dress that was actually quite similar to something Aunt Gail would have made and worn. It was a little surreal. Designing clothing is what I wanted to do when I first came to Second Life four years ago. I just didn't have the talent and the knowledge at that point. I'm still learning and this is only my second dress, but I absolutely love it.

It's a very pretty, vintagesque, springy dress. It was as if she were saying, "Remember who I was, don't mourn for me, but celebrate my life."

And so appropriately late, as Aunt Gail would have it, I present the Dotted Swiss dresses. It includes 2 skirt length options, seamed stockings and comes on all clothing layers. The prims are copy/mod and the rest is copy. Click on any of the pictures for a full-sized view.

Three New Styles and New Textures

I've been working on new textures the last few weeks, and here are some of the results! Click on the pictures for a full sized view.

Rosebay is sculpted, and with new textured whispy flexi for beautifully realistic movement. I'm really thrilled with how this turned out!

Sainfoin is also mostly sculpted, and a very unique look. The French braid is somewhat on an angle, giving a beautiful pull to the rest of the hair. The braid comes down and twists into a gorgeous knot that is pinned up with a color change sculpted hair clip.

And finally, more new textures! This time in the Sultry Collection. The picture does no justice to the two new textures in this style, so be sure to pick up a free demo to see them for yourself. It moves so pretty!

The Philiphawk was actually commissioned by Linden Lab back in October of 2006. I was asked to make something as close to his trademark spiked hair as possible. Some Thoughts and Ramblings About SL

It's been a long time since I've posted a non-release post on this blog. With the advent of the fashion feeds came upset about those kinds of "non fashion" posts and so I censored my love for rambling, sharing my thoughts and my days with my friends and customers who read this blog. Perhaps I shouldn't have, but my desire to appease the masses of feed readers won out.

Today, I'm breaking that silence with something I feel very strongly about. Does it belong on the fashion feeds? Maybe. Maybe not. But it needs to be thought about and talked about and this is my blog. You're welcome to not read it if you only want the latest release. But if you're concerned about Second Life, and you love or even hate this virtual world we live in, I ask you to humor me and read on.

This morning on the XStreet scrolling "latest post" bar something caught my attention. Often something will, and I'll read it only to find it's a whine party or has turned into a troll feeding. I was happily surprised to find this instead; Reply to M Linden's Blog: An Update on the Linden Dollar posted by Servian Serevi, an obviously thoughtful and passionate resident and creator.

The thread is long, but definitely worth reading. Read it over your coffee, over your lunch break, tonight after dinner, on your iPhone in the bathroom. But, please, read it. The whole thread. As of this morning, (I make no guarantees, it is the SL forums after all) it's a fabulous discussion and one that warrants further thought.

I intended only to comment about how great the thread was, and how good it felt to see some honest and constructive communication happening. Instead, it became a heartfelt plea. It became about the amazing designers and creators that I share my days with. Those who fill my windows with laughs, frustrations, excitement, exhaustion, camaraderie, love and magic that can only happen through this amazing medium we all call our Second Lives. For some of us, it's our real life jobs. It's what feeds our kids, what puts gas in our tanks, pays the rent and the electric bill. Those are the ones I found myself speaking for, and to.

And so I share this with you, in the hope that it brings some kind of passion to the surface for you, that it activates your heart and your mind and your actions in this other world we all share.

I sincerely hope that someone in a position of authority at the Lab has read this thread and takes it to the powers-that-be. This is, without a doubt, one of the most poignant and constructive threads I've ever seen on these forums. It didn't turn into a gripe-fest but offered honest criticism and suggestions for making "Our World" a better place.

Back in my days as an LL Approved Instructor (yes, I remember the dinosaurs, too) something I used to tell my students was, "If you can dream it, it can happen here." I believed that with all my heart. I brought my brother in, and he created a skateboard/music shop, and a skate park. He brought his real life passions into Second Life and was able to build upon them and share them with others. Last month, I told a friend of mine about Second Life and what I do here. He is a fabulously creative person and does art as his living so he was naturally intrigued. He downloaded Viewer 2.0 and lasted only a few hours before he moved on to a different virtual world where he has started a *very* successful business. We long time residents have screamed from the rooftops the problems with 2.0 only to be ignored. When I asked him why he didn't stick around, he said the EXACT same things that everyone in the many 2.0 threads have said were the problems. All I could do was nod my head and agree with him. It was then that I realized "If you dream it, it can happen" had died somewhere along the way.

As someone previously stated, we are all yelling "WRONG WAY!" only to be ignored. We *are* the heart of Second Life. We know its good, its bad, and we've loved it anyway with the hope of the bad becoming less and the good continuing to grow. Sadly, it has been just the opposite. The negatives are far outweighing the positives at this point. We want things to turn around, or we wouldn't continue to log in, we wouldn't continue to put our hearts and souls into creation, expansion and exploration. As part of a unique creator's group in-world, I hear more and more the heartache of the creators who have made this world the rich and varied place SL has been. Long time residents and staple store owners are giving up, packing it in and heading out. It's disheartening and upsetting to watch this happen day after day.

The heart of Second Life is still beating, but just barely. If nothing else comes from this thread but that M reads it, I'll be satisfied with that, at least we've been heard. I don't expect miraculous changes overnight. But miracles do happen, and with all my heart I want to believe that it's not too late to say "If you can dream it, it can happen."

Night at the Premier

A dress? A dress you say? Have I lost my mind? Quite possibly, yes. And if I hadn't already, making this certainly didn't help any!

Seriously, I really did make a dress. Alright, fine! I'll tell you what happened! I was abducted by aliens....

oh...not that story.

I'm working on Clover, v3. (For reference, Clover & Clover II.) It's an elegant up-do, absolutely gorgeous, to die for! The problem? The problem is to finish it, I need to make a couple textures...in all the hair colors, not just the 25 Sultry colors. So, to procrastinate appropriately, I decided to ...make a dress. I spent a full 2 days on the bodice. I should have just made the textures. Hindsight and all that, ya know. But I must say, I'm pretty pleased with how this turned out. I forced myself to keep it down to six colors, because y'all know me. I'd have ended up with 57 shades of this gown if I hadn't! (No, I will not count and tell you how many colors the staff shirts are in, I just know they won't fit in a single folder.)

Two Beautiful Styles & Roses Galore!

As part of a collaboration effort with Madison Winthorpe of Madison's Creations, the two of us have created a beautiful ensemble for you!

The styles are both part of the Sultry Collection. Clover and Clover II are somewhat similar (hence the II) though both are different in the back and the bangs. Each comes with the little rosebuds which are texture change and include 14 different textures as well as the usual 140 color (tint) script for a myriad of options. The head piece gems are 140 color change, as is the heart in the center with a different command so you can make it a color different from the smaller stones.

Madison's dress, called Shannon, is a soft, feminine gown with striking off the shoulder sleeves with choice of puffs or no puffs on the upper arms and two different skirt options. The textures are so pretty and elegant, and the trim is one of my favorite parts about this dress. The Flame color is my absolute favorite, but Madi goes a little color crazy like I do, so there are plenty of choices to choose from. And if you just can't decide, there's the fatpack!

Instead of trying to fight with excel to figure out what all those numbers mean, or to try and figure out how well a particular product is selling, I just upload my transactions into this tracker and it tells me everything I need to know, and some things I didn't know I needed to know! I really couldn't live without it, and I know so many creators who have been wishing for something like this that's easy to use and simple to understand. I've been super lucky to be part of the development of this amazing tool, and as an almost 4-year SL content creator, I can tell you this thing ROCKS.

~ Must be proficient adjusting prim hair (you will have to pass this test!)
~ Must be able to explain to someone else how to adjust their own hair (you will have to pass this test, too!)
~ Must be knowledgeable of the selections and styles available at Calla (see above!)

~ Must have a rez date of October 1, 2009 or prior (i.e. at least 6 months old)

~ Must be willing to share ideas, suggestions, and share customer feedback with me, Katoria (Stevenson, Store Manager ) or both of us

Six Beautiful New Lashes

Calla Lashes Set 3 went out today, and these are some of my favorites yet! I still love my Whispy's but I have to say, the new Sweet lashes are giving them a run for their money! Sweet has a very subtle cat-eyed look to it, that's perfectly glamorous but not over-the-top. They're a definite must-have! If you buy the whole pack, you save 100L$ over buying them individually.

I do also offer custom fittings, if your shape is transferable, for a 500L$ per pack fee (this goes for hair as well as lashes or anything else!). These are super easy to fit though, so I doubt you'll need it. But just in case, it is available. And now for the pics!

Boy Hair? Are You SERIOUS?!

Yes, boy hair! Two of them! Don't worry ladies, I didn't leave you out. New hair and new lashes for you. But first, for the guys!

Seph has been three and 1/2 years in the making. Yeah, really. I can't tell you how many versions of this hair I've made. One of the first ever requests I received for hair was for Sephiroth of Final Fantasy fame. My husband is a Final Fantasy fan, and we actually own the Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children movie. He's made me watch it just to look at the hair. Yes, Cloud is coming soon. Anyway, I finally am pleased with this one, and here it is!

Now, for the ladies!

The little gems on the lashes are color change! You can color them by script, or by hand to mix things up and use multiple colors. They look very dramatic close up, but from a normal distance, there's just a touch of color that highlights and really makes your eyes look amazing!

It's been a rocky week what with having to rollback the sim three times, and I'm finally able to get these blogged! Seven styles are in the New Release section of the NEW Calla build! When you land in the lobby, you should be able to see them with no problem now. (Yes, Sasy, I do listen!)

Now, on to the new hair.

A beautifully simple, sculpted bun with a braid wrapped around to give it a bit more texture and uniqueness than the traditional bun. This just screams for pretty hair sticks or a dainty flower tucked into the top!

Citron is sexy, long, and flexi. It's actually waist-length and moves beautifully, with whispy bangs that really set off the oh-so-hotness.

Daffodil is one of my faves this round. It's really playful and fun. It makes me want to don something summery and go wander the islands somewhere. It also means "rebirth, new beginnings" which is exactly what this new build has been for me and for Calla, a beautiful rebirth.

Yes, Everlasting is really Princess Leia buns. I couldn't help it. I've had requests for it, I'm a huge Star Wars fan, and I just had to finally give in. The Everlasting flower means "Perpetual Remembrance" and what more fitting tribute to one of entertainment's greatest icons and one of the most uniquely unforgettable hairstyles of all time?

Sweet Sultan is also a sculpted, flexi ponytail. It's pulled up and then pinned to the back of the head with two little sculpted bobby pins. It's super casual and elegant at the same time.

Trillium is a mid-length style, and I haven't done any mid's with the big full curls like this, so I thought I'd do one just for fun. I love how it turned out!

Last but not least, White Lupine is also at the top of my list. It has an almost Geisha feel to it, I think. It's very precisely placed, with soft tendrils falling from the nape of the neck. There's just a sensuality about this one that I really love.

Exciting changes at Calla!

On Saturday 30th 2010 @ 10am SLT Calla will be unveiling an exciting new look store build, encompassing the whole of the Calla island. The new stylish and spacious store promises to offer a complete shopping experience to customers. Along with the new store, there is also lots of new hair, a fabulous new skin range and much more!

The current store will close at 5am SLT to make the new changes, and then new store will open it's doors at 9am SLT to group members only* with a guided tour by Calla's owner Tigerlily Koi, and exclusive goodies. The Calla sim will then be officially reopened for the rest of the grid at 10am SLT.

We hope to see you there to share with us the excitement of these changes and to celebrate 3 years of one of Second Life's best loved hair and beauty stores!

Catching up, and upcoming sale!

If you recall, about a year ago we adopted a kitty for my son.

I had to take him to the vet two days ago, for what I thought was a broken leg. He wouldn't walk on his front left leg at all and after 3 days of it not getting any better, I knew he needed to go in even though we couldn't afford it.

It turns out that he has a foreign body lodged in his leg. What he has is a horrible abscess. The vet said it was really bad, and showed me a syringe of the gunk he took out of him. He said there was so much infection that he had to cut open his leg in two places and put in a drain tube. He told me "It bled really bad. Have you ever heard the expression 'bleeding like a stuck hog'?" I have, of course, so I nodded. He said "Well that's what he did."

By the time we were ready to leave the vet's office, the poor kitty had soaked through the paper towels they'd put under his leg. They were so bloody that I had to ask one of the girls at the desk for more towels for the trip home. Warning: Not for the squeamish! It looks like this now.

I've been up with him every few hours through the night. He can't walk very well still because of the pain I'm sure, and the cone he has to wear is messing with his depth perception or something. When he does try to walk, he walks backwards to wherever he's trying to go. He needs help to eat and drink. I've literally been hand feeding him. He's sleeping on the couch most of the day, sucking on his blankie. (He's a bit strange but it's terribly endearing that he has a lovey.) Sorry for the crappy pic, our camera has disappeared and this was taken with the cell phone. Here he is sucking on his blanket:

He's on antibiotics which they hope will clear it up. But if it doesn't, we're going to have to have semi-exploratory surgery to get the object out of his leg.

This has cost us several hundred dollars which we didn't have. I've had to write a post-dated check. Which is why there is going to be a sale this weekend!

My husband had a trip to the ER last week for heart palpitations, which has resulted in another bill we weren't expecting and lots of trips to a cardiologist. My computer also crashed and I've had to do a complete reformat, which is always a pain in the rear.

So, to help pay off the vet and ER/doctor bills, I'm going to be having a sale.

Eliminating Colors

I'm going to be eliminating some of the colors (at least half of them) due to space issues. The 175 colors per style are just taking over the store!

On a personal note, I'd like to thank all of you who have sent such wonderful notes and well-wishes over the last few months. The surgeries I've been having were awful as far as recovery time, and I really appreciate all the good thoughts and prayers that have been sent my way. I have one more scheduled on June 25th, and potentially one more after that if the spinal cord stimulator implant trial on the 25th works.

For those of you who don't know, I have 4 tears in 3 discs in my lower back. This happened in April of last year, and it's been an ongoing struggle since then. Some days are okay, while others are excruciatingly painful. None are good. I'm just plugging along as best I can, one day at a time. But your thoughts and prayers mean so much to me and I greatly appreciate all the support.

Versastyle: Photo Contest & 40% Back Sale!

Contest time! Real life has delayed the progress of the Versastyle project somewhat because Lily's had multiple surgeries, but we're now ready to get started!

This is your chance to see your photos on the website, in the upcoming Versastyle store catalog, and in the store itself! We aim to display a lot of posters in the store featuring Calla customers, and will be changing them regularly. We also want to compile photos of every hairstyle in the catalog, so there will be a lot of opportunities for you to get involved.

So what are we looking for exactly? Basically, we want to see how Calla customers are wearing their Calla products. We want pictures of you wearing your Calla hair, skins and accessories in different ways and different situations. Whether it's a photo of you wearing the Ash style in a glamourous photo shoot; chilling out on a beach in Yellow Tulip; dancing at a salsa club in Grape-vine; dressing up Christmas Rose with some cute neko ears or rocking out at a live music gig in Gloxinia - we want to see!

This is an ongoing monthly contest, and an opportunity for you to get really creative! We need both headshots and full body shots, and these can be either photoshopped or purely produced in-world photos using WL settings for effect.

You must be wearing Calla hair in the photos, and the styles must be current styles which are available to buy in the store now; and not previously discontinued styles. If you aren't sure which those are, come browse the store or look through the website.

In addition to your photo appearing in the various Calla advertising mediums, there are prizes! On the 1st of each month we will select the photos we want to use for the website/catalog/store.

If your photo is selected to be featured on our website or catalog, you will receive:

A L$1000 Calla Gold Store Card (gives you a bonus 20% credit back on every L$ purchase in the store for 3 months)
A regular 5-pack or 1 Sultry color of your choice, of all of the new releases that month.

If we choose your photo to be used in the store posters, you will receive:-

Calla now has an exclusive Press Release Group. All new releases will be sent out via this group, in their fatpacks. There is no fee to join this group. The only requirement is that you be:

A designer who wishes to use Calla products in your ads

or

A blogger who would like to receive Calla releases to review

There is an in-world group as well as a subscriber group that does not take up an in-world group slot.

To join, please do the following:

- Title a notecard "Calla Press Release Group - YOUR NAME"

- Inside the note, please put your name.

- State if you wish to join the IN-WORLD group or the SUBSCRIBER group.

Four Beautiful New Styles

Lady's Slipper - This is by far one of my favorite ever styles. I used quite a bit more sculpted prims than I usually do (I really do hate the bobble-head look) but people have been asking for more of it and I took the plunge. I'm glad I did!

Gooseberry II - Since Gooseberry was retired a few months ago, people have come out of the woodwork asking for it. I finally promised a version two, and here it is! The shape stayed close to the original, there's some differences in the back though, the bangs got a make-over and the original barrette was swapped out for simple little bobby pins.

Queen Anne's Lace - This one is a hairstyle inspired by Final Fantasy XI, and was by special request. It also has sculpted bangs and the ponytail is long and flexi.

Purple Tulip - This is one of the Sultry Collection. I have to give huge thanks to Madison Winthorpe for her help with this. She suggested the pearls on the French Roll, and it turned out gorgeous! I'm so pleased with the look, and it wouldn't have been without her suggestion.

I hope you enjoy these, they're by far some of my favorites I've ever made. You can pick them up at Calla!

Meaning of Chicane - deception; chicanery, to trick by chicanery (from Webster's Online)

Whimsy Winx let the cat out of the bag but surprisingly, I still got a lot of IM's yesterday after sending this hair out to my group. They went like this:

"Hi. I got your limited edition Chicane Flower hair and I can't get it to rez. It's all gray and ....well, blobby. Can you help me?"

To which I responded, "Happy April Fool's day!"

What followed was an hysterical assortment of answers, a lot of LMFAO's, some OMG's, and quite a few "I even cleared my cache!"

Everyone has been a terrific sport about it, and I sincerely hope that it brought you some laughter.

Four New Styles and Calla's Picks Rewards Program

I'm so pleased with these releases! All but one of them are requests by customers and/or my staff.

Baby's Breath was a request from my customer service rep, Always Loveless. She wanted some "country braids," and here they are! They look amazing with a cowboy hat!

Grape-vine is my favorite of these four. It's that wonderfully sexy, steamy, mussed-up-cause-you-just-got-some look. It's also flexi!

Gloxinia II was a request as well, this time from Katoria Stevenson, my store manager and right arm. If you have Gloxinia, you'll know this look. It's what it looks like before it all rezzes completely. I've always thought it would make a cute short style, and by demand, here it is! It's also flexi, just as the original.

This one is also a derivation of Gloxinia. This time, it went long and got a bit different bangs. I've had a surprisingly large number of customers ask for Gloxinia, but longer. Finally, I broke down and did it. It turned out so cute, and has a bit of a rocker feel to it. It has great flexi as well and moves nicely.

Also new to Calla is the Picks Rewards Program! This is a picks rewards unlike any other.

The longer you have Calla listed in your picks, the better the rewards will be! Each month you're enrolled, the rewards get better and better. So for example: Month one, you get a style in one color. Month six, maybe you'd get a full pack. Month 12, a gift certificate so you could pick any pack/style you want. Month 24, maybe a free custom style! Who knows? The sky's the limit and I promise you the rewards will get significantly better over time. You MUST stay enrolled, or you'll have to start over at month 1.

There are details in the store, and the kiosk to sign up is also in the store by the XStreetSL kiosk, right by the front door. The first reward goes out April 1st. (No, really, it's not an April Fool's joke!)

Versastyle Part II - The Contests!

More information on the Versastyle project! This is the beginning of something bigger - a store catalog. It will be an actual book that you can take home and use to peruse the styles from the comfort (and less lag) environment of your choice. This book has bigger plans still, including being able to shop from home!

The catalog will show various ways in which a style works, be it classic, romantic, goth, fun, etc. It will be showcasing your style!

Now, the contests! I will be picking several styles and you may submit pictures for each style. There will be a set of criteria and photos will be judged by those criteria. The winning entries will be included in the catalog. Versastyle entries for the blog will also be included.

Contest winners will win prizes of course, and their photo(s) will be prominently displayed in Calla, and in a special section on the Calla website, as well as in the catalog!

The first contest will be announced on Sunday, March 1st, so stay tuned!

Versastyle: Hair Trends @ Calla

Welcome to my first post on the Calla blog, something I'm super excited about :)

I'm fascinated with how one hairstyle can have so many different looks, depending on the hair colour, shape, skin, clothes and accessories people are wearing. I've seen countless examples of this when I see customers in the Calla store or by people watching in other places in SL and even browsing fashion blogs or flickr. Everyone has their own sense of style, and I love to see how different people wear hair from Calla in ways I wouldn't think of myself.

The idea behind Versastyle is to highlight the different ways each of the hairstyles at Calla are being worn out there, and you can get involved! Whether your style is goth, punk, pretty, classic, grungey, vamp or fairy - we want to see how you wear Calla hair!

As Tigerlily mentioned in the previous post, we want your photos! Calla's slogan is "Discover your style!" - well now we want you to show us your style!

As well as featuring reviews of Calla hair by customers on this blog, we will also be looking for photos of people wearing each of the styles in their own unique way. These photos may be used in my posts here or for other exciting upcoming events (more about all that soon!), and I hope you'll find it fun to follow and contribute to. You can upload them to the Calla flickr pool, and don't worry if you have no photo editing skills - raw snapshots are good too!

I'm kicking off Versastyle with a review of the style that's been glued to my head for a week now.

I was instantly enamoured with the new Pink Clove hair, it was literally love at first sight when I put this style on. Ponytails are always fashionable, partly because there's so many different ways to wear them. They can be casually messy, classy 'n' sleek or even punky-kitsch.

I'm always pining for new ponies, and the cute but Pink Clove hairstyle is just the fix I needed this month. Its got serious attitude, but it's still girly and *totally* me.

I needed an outfit to complement my new "hair crack", and luckily I didn't have to look very far. Last week I saw a new release from Nyte'n'Day which I had to have, an incredibly chic dress over leggings which I think matches the attitude of the hair perfectly. Add a pair of Maitreya's finest footwear in a matching colour and something shiny from Eolande's, et voilá!

Yep, I look stoned in the last pose. I'm high on hair!

Versastyle: Kat's Reviews and Guest Submissions

Katoria Stevenson, my store manager extraordinaire, will be starting something new which I am very excited about. She is going to start reviewing Calla styles, and showing off how versatile they can be. The theme for these posts will be Versastyle.

I am also asking for guest submissions! So if you have a favorite style you'd like to share, here's what to do:

Take lots of pictures showing the style. Photo editing is encouraged but please do not alter the hair in any way!

Add your pictures to the Calla Flickr Pool located here: http://www.flickr.com/groups/708499@N25/ and label them Versastyle.

Write up your guest submission. Be sure to include the direct link to the pictures on Flickr so I can show them in the blog post. Put Calla Guest Submission in the subject of your email and send it to me at tigerlily @ callastyles.com (remove the spaces).

I will post them as soon as I can.

The fine print: Submissions will be reviewed before posting. All valid efforts will be published with full author credit. Submissions may be edited slightly for grammatical errors and/or spelling errors. (I realize English is not a native tongue for many SL'ers and will try to make it as painless as possible on those who speak and write in other languages.)

Three New and an Absence

There are three new styles in the store today! All of them are ponytails and are part of the regular styles collection.

Dahlia II was a request from a customer. She wanted Dahlia without the glasses. So that's what I did! I also added some flexi to the sculpted ponytail part hanging from the french braid to give it some movement.

The other two are side pulled ponies, one high and funky, and one sleek and elegant with a little bit of spunk. Pics of all of them below!

Also, I will be out of touch until February 23rd. I will be going in for surgery today, and plan to take it easy for the weekend and part of next week. (Gallbladder, nothing hugely serious, but something I've been putting off for nearly a year now.)

If you have any customer service issues, please leave me a note card if it's not urgent. If you need quicker assistance, please contact Katoria Stevenson, or any of the customer service reps. If you go into the store, there is a staff board which will show you which of them is online, and allow you to page them from there. The board is right by the front door, you can't miss it.
